We know there is no such thing as a bad dog, and that not every dog is suited for an off leash/open play environment. We take our players’ safety very seriously, so each player must first complete a Temperament test to ensure they are comfortable in our play environment. The health of all players in our care is our top priority, this is why we disinfect all surfaces and equipment twice daily which protects against airborne contagions and helps prevent the spread of bacteria. We strive to go well beyond the industry standard in our prevention methods; but social players may share germs from time to time very much like a child’s daycare. All our players will be separated into playrooms based on their size and temperament. This will allow them to be comfortable and confident while playing with like-minded friends who match their playtime style.  We will always strive to create a safe environment for our players;  but we acknowledge not all dogs will get along. Our team is highly trained to understand a dog’s body language. If our ever watchful  team see a dog is becoming upset and getting aggressive, they will take steps to remove that dog before the situation escalates.

We acknowledge that since our environment is an open play concept, the occasional squabble may break out. This is why we train all our team members to quickly recognize these situations and safely remove any player that may cause problems with other players. We offer naptime every day from 12 to 2 p.m. in individual, comfy and safe crates, this allows the player to rest and have some “down time." Our staff also uses this time to safely provide individual treats, meals, and administer medication as needed.
