Service Description
Whether your player is here for the day or overnight, they'll play all day with other like minded players in our indoor and outdoor play yards, guaranteed to receive lots of individual attention and TLC from our team. Players will rest in individual crates with a comfy bed & blanket, and for our overnight players, an extra hour of evening play time. We NEVER charge for medication administration and special feeding requests!
Cancellation Policy
Payment in Full is due at time of service, sorry we do not offer any kind of billing You can pay in person or online on our website, we do NOT accept payment over the phone of any kind or in any circumstance! If you are under the age of 18 you need your parent or guardian to be involved in order to make any reservations or payments to Play ‘N Stay. All payments made by you to Play ‘N Stay are subject to Play ‘N Stay’s Terms of Service. Forms of Payment Accepted include cash, check, credit card, and debit card. Fees and Taxes: You are solely responsible for all carrier data plans, Internet fees, and other fees and taxes associated with your visit to and use of Play ‘N Stay Services. Third Party Payment Processors: We use the services of third parties to process your payments, and we require that these third parties take the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data and traffic data and to comply with relevant laws. Please review Square’s terms of use and privacy policies before providing your banking or payment information. We may refuse or cancel a transaction at any time in our sole direction, if we believe it violates Play ‘N Stay Terms of Service or this Payment & Refund Policy or to prevent financial loss. In cases of fraud or illegal acts, Play ‘N Stay may cancel or block your Credit indefinitely. Cancelations/No Show’s: It is very important that you are punctual for your scheduled pick up/drop off times and other service appointments. A late fee of $10.00 may be added to your bill if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you are chronically late, we may ask for you to prepay for any future services. We also ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, cancellations need to be made during business hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm or Saturday 9am-1pm. If appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we will charge half of the requested service price charge per pet. In addition, full payment will be required to rebook any future appointments with us. Refunds: Except as provided by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Taxes are non-refundable. If you believe that Play ‘N Stay has charged you in error, you must contact Play ‘N Stay within 30 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any transaction which is more than 30 days old.
